Voktra works like a two-way radio: one person speaks at a time, and the floor frees up when you let go. Press the button on your watch — no need to take the phone out.
Most voice apps want the phone in your hand. Voktra does the opposite: one button on your watch takes the floor, your voice goes out through the watch microphone, and the other side comes back through the watch speaker.
On a motorcycle, on the track, on a site, in a crowd — anywhere your hands are full.
Join a room, hold the button, talk. The rest happens in the background.
Enter a public room or join your friends' room with an invite link. Everyone in the room is on the same channel.
Hold it on the phone or on the watch. If the channel is free the floor is yours and the screen changes instantly — you can start talking right away.
Releasing the button frees the floor. Only one person talks at a time, and you can see who it is.
Made to be used without looking: colour first, then vibration, text last.
The watch app carries the push-to-talk signal and channel status. Your phone stays in your pocket.
Audio is encrypted on your device and decrypted on theirs. The server cannot read it and keeps no recordings.
The moment just before you pressed is sent too, so the start of your sentence isn't cut off.
Quality adapts on its own when the network degrades, so the conversation continues instead of dropping.
Turkish, English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. Your choice applies on the watch too.
Dark or light theme and a colour palette. The colour you pick on the phone carries over to the watch.
Touch targets big enough not to miss with gloves on.

What we do not collect: contacts, location, photos, device identifiers (IMEI and similar).
Your conversations are not recorded. The server only relays audio packets; it does not store them, does not log them, and cannot decrypt them.
While you are active in a room, the app listens to the microphone continuously and keeps the last ~300 milliseconds in your device's memory only.
The reason is technical: there is a delay between the moment you press the talk button and the moment the microphone actually starts capturing. Without this buffer, the first syllable of every sentence would be lost.
This data is never written to disk; it is never sent to the server (it is only prepended to your transmission when you press the button, so the start of your speech is not lost); and it is deleted immediately when you leave the room. When you are not in a room the microphone is not listened to at all.
Audio packets are encrypted on your device and decrypted on the recipient's device. The server and the relay carry encrypted data and cannot see its content.
However, we make no claim of forward secrecy. If a room key were compromised in the future, past traffic encrypted with that key could in theory be decrypted. This is a trade-off accepted deliberately in the design; we state it plainly rather than appear more secure than we are.
Your IP address is not stored persistently. It is used in memory only while a connection is established and as a rate-limit key for unauthenticated requests; it is never written to the database.

Our servers are located in Türkiye, so our own hosting involves no cross-border transfer. However, sign-in, notifications and store purchases are operated by Huawei and Google, whose servers are outside Türkiye; using those features necessarily transfers the account data listed in section 3 abroad. Voice is not affected: it is end-to-end encrypted and is never readable by any third party.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the outcome of processing. Requests: [E-MAIL] — answered within 30 days at the latest.
You can request deletion of your account by writing to [E-MAIL]; the request is completed within 30 days at the latest. After deletion your display name and account identity are anonymised within 30 days and your device keys are invalidated immediately; moderation records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept, detached from your identity, until that period expires.
Voktra is not intended for users under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
When this policy changes you are notified in the app and the new version is presented for your approval. The version number and date are kept at the top of this document.

Sebebi teknik: konuşma tuşuna bastığınız an ile mikrofonun gerçekten yakalamaya başladığı an arasında bir gecikme vardır; bu tampon olmadan her cümlenizin ilk hecesi kaybolur.
Bu veri diske yazılmaz; sunucuya gönderilmez (yalnızca siz tuşa bastığınızda konuşmanızın başı kaybolmasın diye aktarıma eklenir); odadan çıktığınızda derhal silinir. Odada değilken mikrofon hiç dinlenmez.
Ses paketleri cihazınızda şifrelenir, karşı tarafın cihazında çözülür. Sunucu ve röle şifreli veriyi taşır; içeriğini göremez.
Ancak forward secrecy (ileri gizlilik) iddiasında bulunmuyoruz. Bir oda anahtarı ileride ele geçirilirse, o anahtarla şifrelenmiş geçmiş trafiğin çözülmesi teorik olarak mümkündür. Bu, tasarımda bilinçli kabul edilmiş bir ödünleşmedir; olduğundan güvenli göstermemek için açıkça yazıyoruz.
IP adresiniz kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Yalnızca bağlantı kurulurken ve kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için (oturum açmamış isteklerde hız sınırı anahtarı olarak) bellekte kullanılır; veritabanına yazılmaz.

Voktra provides half-duplex voice communication in user-created rooms. The service is provided "as is".
Accounts are created by signing in with a Huawei ID. You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions taken through it.
The following are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of the account:
Moderation tools (mute, kick, ban) are applied in case of violation.
Voktra is half-duplex: only one person can speak at a time. Latency, quality and availability depend on network conditions and are not warranted. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Voktra is not responsible for content transmitted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit. Voktra is not an emergency communication tool and must not be used in place of emergency services.
The app, its name, logo and content belong to Voktra. Content created by the user belongs to the user.
When paid features are offered, purchases are made through the app store the installation came from and that store's rules apply. Price, tax treatment and auto-renewal information are shown on the purchase screen.
Right of withdrawal: for digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun with the user's consent; that consent is obtained explicitly on the purchase screen. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store's refund process.
You may close your account at any time (see deleting your account). Voktra may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms are notified in the app. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye and the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. These terms are published in English and Turkish; in case of any conflict, the Turkish text prevails.
Bu sözleşme, [UNVAN] ("Voktra") ile uygulamayı kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") arasındadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hesap açmak için Huawei ID ile giriş yapılır. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

Voktra yarı çift yönlüdür: aynı anda yalnızca bir kişi konuşabilir. Ses gecikmesi, kalite ve erişilebilirlik şebeke koşullarına bağlıdır ve taahhüt edilmez. Hizmetin kesintisiz olacağı garanti edilmez.
Voktra, kullanıcıların ilettiği içerikten sorumlu değildir. Mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve kâr kaybından sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Voktra acil durum iletişim aracı değildir ve acil yardım hizmetlerinin yerine kullanılamaz.
Uygulama, adı, logosu ve içeriği Voktra'ya aittir. Kullanıcının kendi ürettiği içerik kendisine aittir.
Ücretli özellikler sunulduğunda satın alma, kurulumun yapıldığı uygulama mağazası üzerinden gerçekleşir ve o mağazanın kuralları geçerlidir. Fiyat, KDV durumu ve otomatik yenileme bilgisi satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
Cayma hakkı: dijital içerikte, kullanıcının onayıyla ifaya başlanması hâlinde cayma hakkı düşer; bu onay satın alma ekranında açıkça alınır. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade süreci üzerinden yürütülür.
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz (bkz. hesap silme). Voktra, bu sözleşmenin ihlali hâlinde hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabilir.
Sözleşme değiştiğinde uygulama içinde bildirilir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Bu sözleşme İngilizce ve Türkçe yayımlanmıştır; çelişki hâlinde Türkçe metin esastır.
